The Nero Twilight side table has a modern look and fits almost any living style. You can place the table separately or combine it with a lower side table from the same collection. This table is also available in a natural color.
Nero collection:
All items from the Nero collection are made of sustainable teak. Teak wood naturally grows in India, Thailand, Laos and Myanmar, but due to large-scale logging it is now only growing in the natural forests of Myanmar. In the 16th century it was introduced in Indonesia and large plantations started during the Dutch colonial era. After independence, the Indonesian government manages these plantations. This has proven successful: teak wood remains economically valuable and is being replanted sustainably.
Almost all the teak that is used for furniture in Indonesia comes from these plantations. For local use, wood from small farms is sometimes used. This keeps tropical forests unaffected. Since 2016, the Indonesian government has regulated all wood exports. Each piece of wood can be taken back to the source, which is part of a trade agreement with the EU. This system guarantees that only legal wood is imported.
This approach makes the use of teak for furniture both economically responsible and environmentally friendly sustainable.

- The wood has a water-based coating that protects against water and moisture circles. Preferably use the table indoors and do not leave any liquids on the wood for a long time.
