When will I receive my order?
We ship our products from our warehouse in Budapest or from our foreign partner.
If your order arrives from our Budapest warehouse, you will usually receive it within 3-5 business days .
If the package comes from our foreign warehouse, the delivery time is usually 7-9 business days.
We always indicate the expected delivery time on the product page so you know exactly what to expect.
Can I return it if it's not the real thing?
Of course! You can return the product within 14 days without damage and we will refund the amount. Our goal is for you to truly enjoy your chosen piece in your home.
How much does shipping cost?
If your order reaches 45,000 HUF, we cover the entire shipping cost , making your shopping experience even more worry-free.
In all other cases, the shipping fee is 1,490 HUF.
Is there a cash on delivery option?
Yes , there is cash on delivery! It is available for orders up to HUF 200,000, and the fee is HUF 399. For larger amounts, only prepayment is possible.
When will I receive an invoice?
In case of prepayment, the invoice will be sent immediately by email. In case of cash on delivery, it will be issued when the package is handed over to the courier service.
What if it arrives broken?
If your package arrives damaged, please take a photo and let us know immediately. We will arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible to ensure you don't have a bad experience.
