• At the end of its life cycle, you can use the QR code on the back of the rug to return it free of charge for recycling – pieces in good condition find a new home, while the rest are made into new polyester yarn.

Material & feel

The ECO RUG KANELL is made from 100% polyester, 70% of which is recycled PET. It has a flat kilim weave and is 3 mm thick. Machine washable at 30°C. Suitable for both indoor and outdoor use. It has a PES anti-slip backing; for heavy use, a separate anti-slip underlay is recommended. OEKO-TEX® and GRS certified. Made in Belgium.

Frequently asked questions

Is this rug non-slip on hard floors?
The PES coating on the back helps keep it in place, but it is not a full anti-slip system; we recommend using a separate anti-slip underlay in high-traffic areas.

Will the red color fade in the sun?
The rug is UV-tested (according to ISO 4892-3), so its color remains stable over time, even in sunny outdoor areas.

How should I wash it if it gets dirty?
The rug is machine washable at 30°C; after drying, it returns to its original shape and color, with no need for ironing or special care.
