Frequently asked questions

Does it come with a cable or socket?
No, the CLOUD comes as a standalone shade, without a cable. It can be fitted to a standard E27 socket or a suitable ceiling or plug-in fitting, so you can choose the option that suits your style.

Why choose the natural version over the black one?
The natural finish creates a warmer, more organic feel and blends more easily into light or neutral interiors, while black creates a bolder, more graphic contrast.

Can it be used outdoors, for example on a covered terrace?
No, the CLOUD is designed for indoor use. Humidity and the elements can damage the natural rattan fibers, and damage caused by outdoor use is not covered by the warranty.
