We ship our products from our warehouse in Budapest or from our foreign partner.
If your order arrives from our Budapest warehouse, you will usually receive it within 1-3 business days.
If the package comes from our foreign warehouse, the delivery time is usually 7-9 business days.
We always indicate the expected delivery time on the product page so you know exactly what to expect.
2. What if I don't like what I ordered?
No problem! You can return the product within 14 days .
Just email us with your order number and we will help you with the return process.
3. Where do the products come from?
The products offered by smol.hu are carefully selected and come exclusively from reliable European partners - mainly from Belgium, the Netherlands and Latvia .
4. Is there free home delivery?
Yes, for orders over HUF 29,999, shipping is completely free within Hungary.
5. What payment options are available?
On smol.hu you can choose from the following payment methods:
Online credit card payment – you can decide whether you want to pay via Stripe or OTP SimplePay. Both systems are secure, fast and accept most cards (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express).
Apple Pay / Google Pay – if set up on your device, you can also pay with these.
Advance payment – after ordering, we will send you the payment details by email, and the package will be shipped after the amount has been received.
Cash on delivery – cash or card payment at the courier, up to a maximum of HUF 200,000 .
